How can I register for the tournaments?

You can register through the website tournament game cards starting from 18th to 20th April.

Where do I find the schedule of the tournaments?

The schedule will be shown on the game cards, that information can also be given via the registration desk at the event.

Are the tournament registrations free of charge?

Yes, the tournaments held within the event are free for all attendees to participate.

Where can I find the tournament rules and regulations?

The tournament rules & regulations can be found on the individual tournament game cards.

What platforms will the tournaments be held on?

The tournament will be held on the Zemmz tournament platform and feature a bracket

Can I sign up for a tournament on the day of the event, or is pre-registration required?

You are able to pre-register for the event to make sure you have an active account ready, but the sign-up for tournaments will only take place from 18th to 20th April.

What time is my match?

You can track your match time by checking the game card or you can check from the admins near you.

How can I find my opponent?

The administration team will be assisting at all times through out the tournament process to pair you against your opponent

Where will the tournament take place?

The tournament will take place at the ABU DHABI NATIONAL EXHIBITION CENTRE (ADNEC)

What happens if my opponent or I have connectivity issues?

You will need to inform the administrative team.

What should I do if my opponent forfeits?

You will need to inform the administrative team.

What if there is an update during the start of the round?

You will need to inform the administrative team.

Prizes Questions

Are there any prizes for the winners of the tournaments?

Yes, there will be prizes for the tournaments.

Can I give prizes to my friends or my family members?

The prize listed cannot be transferred, modified or redeemed in cash.

When do I receive the assigned prize of the tournament after winning?

Winners must proceed to the cashier, where their details will be verified. Once validated, the prizes will be distributed accordingly. Schedule: Day 1: 4 PM, 6 PM, 8 PM, and 10 PM Day 2 & 3: 2 PM, 4 PM, 6 PM, 8 PM, and 10 PM
